The Muslim Moors were present in Spain for 900 years, and ruled Al-Andalus for over 700 years.
This was the last Islamic kingdom in Western Europe and had its capital in Granada.

, the former rural residence of the emirs who ruled this part of Spain in the 13th and 14th centuries.
The Science Museum / Park
in Granada. When we visited they had an exhibition of the Science in Al-Andalus. The Museum is not only a traditional Museum, but also contains outdoor play area and activities.
